You Didn’t Build That. Nor Do You Own It

The World Economic Forum is a Swiss think tank that positions itself as the “International Organization for Public-Private Cooperation” which aims to “improve the state of the world.”

If that doesn’t sound scary enough, it has gone to the extreme by advocating the abolishing of private property in its article entitled, “Welcome to 2030. I own nothing, have no privacy, and life has never been better”.

The author writes:

It might seem odd to you, but it makes perfect sense for us in this city. Everything you considered a product, has now become a service. We have access to transportation, accommodation, food and all the things we need in our daily lives. One by one all these things became free, so it ended up not making sense for us to own much.

This is the future if we let the progressive technocrats have their way.

Each according to his need. Each according to his ability. Everything is “free”.

As if this ever worked out well anywhere it has been tried.
